1. About the service
LeadGate.ng is a lead-generation platform that helps Nigerian freelancers and skilled professionals find businesses to pitch their services to. Access to leads and contact details is provided through a credit and subscription system.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
3. Credits and subscriptions
Leads are accessed using credits. Credits can be purchased through one-time top-ups or received through subscription plans. Subscription billing is handled by Korapay and renews automatically according to the billing cycle you choose unless cancelled.
4. Refunds
All purchases are final. Refunds may be considered only in cases of accidental duplicate charges or technical errors caused by our platform. Contact us within 7 days if you believe a charge was made in error.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute leads obtained through LeadGate.ng. You may use the information only for your own business outreach. Harassment, spam, or illegal activity using lead data is strictly prohibited.
6. Data accuracy
We work to keep lead data accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every phone number, email, or website is current. Lead information is provided "as is" and should be verified before outreach.
7. Limitation of liability
LeadGate.ng is not liable for any business outcomes, lost revenue, or damages resulting from the use of leads or the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days before the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
